All customer requests are subject to the following conditions:

Customers must have a net loss of more than 100 THB.
A 1x turnover of the deposit amount is required.
If a promotion is accepted but no bets are placed within 24 hours, the promotion will be voided.
Customers who have already claimed another promotion will not be eligible for cashback on losses.
Promotions can be withdrawn immediately once the required turnover has been met.
Maximum cashback is 1,750 THB per week (250 THB/day, up to 7,500 THB per month).
Daily loss cashback is credited automatically after 00:00. If a bet is placed after 22:59 on the same day, it will be counted towards the following day.
